Luke connects purpose with opportunity, then leads the work to make it tangible. His contribution spans venture strategy, market positioning, brand, technology and user experience.
His experience includes collaborating with more than 300 organizations, minority ownership in ten companies, and leading Jettison, a growth agency focused on implementing strategy. He also co-founded a coworking community for more than 40 creative brands.

David Jack

Shape the experience.
David helps find the central purpose of a product and translate it into programs, language and experiences people can use. He works alongside Luke and specialist teams to give an emerging idea substance.
His background spans more than 20 years in coaching, extensive media work and collaboration with brands including Reebok and Men’s Health. He brings experience in early product development and participation in large, complex brand rollouts.

Jimmy Papia
Operations & Systems Advisor
Make it work.
Jimmy advises on the responsibilities, procedures and systems that help people carry the work forward. He brings an operational perspective to integrating new products and ventures into the organization and equipping the team to sustain them.
He brings experience leading the business side of Emmanuel Christian Center, across operations, facilities, finance and board collaboration. As the founder of Slingshot, he also brings expertise in organizational IT and technical infrastructure.
