We use contact details and correspondence to respond to inquiries, discuss our work together, coordinate scheduling, answer project questions and provide service updates. For client texting, this includes handling permission to text, help requests and requests to stop messages.

Client text messages

Sharing information

We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data. We do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Operational service providers, including Twilio for text delivery, process information needed to provide those services. SMS opt-in data and consent are used only to operate our messaging program, not for third-party marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Your choices

You may choose email instead of texting. Contact hello@archeinnovation.studio to ask about information you have provided or to request a correction or deletion. We will review your request and explain any information we need to retain for ongoing work, to honor a texting opt-out, or to meet legal obligations.
