ARCHE / Client communications
Texting & consent
Permission for project conversations, asked person to person.
Last updated October 16, 2026
How permission is requested
Before starting a client text conversation, Luke asks for an explicit yes or no in person. The client provides or confirms the mobile number to use. There is no website signup form, and visiting this page does not opt you in. Texts concern projects, scheduling, questions and service updates, rather than marketing.
The consent request
May ARCHE Innovation Studio, a DBA of Jettison LLC, text you at the mobile number you provide about our work together, including project questions, scheduling and service updates? These are individual client messages, not marketing. Message frequency varies with our conversation. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help, or email hello@archeinnovation.studio. Texting is optional; we can communicate by email instead. You can read the SMS Terms at archeinnovation.studio/sms-terms/ and the Privacy Policy at archeinnovation.studio/privacy/. Do you agree to receive these texts? Please say yes or no.
The SMS Terms and Privacy Policy are available to read before deciding.
After your answer
If you agree, we confirm enrollment by text before the project conversation begins. If you decline, we use another agreed contact method, such as email. You may withdraw permission at any time by replying STOP or contacting hello@archeinnovation.studio.
