The sender and purpose
ARCHE Innovation Studio is a DBA of Jettison LLC. Our client text messages concern our work together: project questions, scheduling, coordination and service updates. Messages are individually written. This program does not send mass marketing, coupons or promotional campaigns.
Your permission
We ask for your permission before sending client texts. Agreeing to work with us or providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Texting is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. You can communicate by email instead. See how we ask for consent.
Frequency and costs
Message frequency varies with your project and conversation. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to stop messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. No further program messages will be sent unless you choose to opt in again. You can also ask us to stop by emailing hello@archeinnovation.studio.
Help and returning to texting
Reply HELP for help or email hello@archeinnovation.studio. If you previously opted out and want to resume, contact us by email so we can confirm your permission and explain how to re-enable texts.
Delivery and privacy
Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle contact information and SMS consent.
